뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 제20조(뿌리산업 특화단지의 지정ㆍ조성)

① 정부는 뿌리산업의 진흥을 위하여 뿌리기업과 그 지원시설 등이 집단적으로 입주하여 있거나 입주하고자 하는 지역에 대하여 필요한 경우 뿌리산업 특화단지(이하 "특화단지"라 한다)를 지정하거나 조성할 수 있다.

② 특화단지의 지정요건, 그 밖에 특화단지의 지정 및 조성 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
