Act on Promotion and Advancement of Root Industries, Article 14-3 (Cancellation of Confirmation of Root Enterprises)

① 산업통상부장관은 제14조의2에 따라 뿌리기업의 확인을 받은 기업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 확인을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 확인을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
