뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 제14조의2(뿌리기업의 확인)

① 뿌리기업으로 확인받으려는 기업은 뿌리기업 해당 여부의 확인을 산업통상부장관에게 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) An앤 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 confirmed컨^f펌드 as애즈 a어 root^r룻 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 may메이 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 for^f포 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 of어^v브 whether웨^ð더 it잇 is이즈 a어 root^r룻 enterprise.엔터프^r라이즈

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 신청을 한 기업이 뿌리기업에 해당될 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 유효기간을 정하여 뿌리기업 확인서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 뿌리기업의 확인 절차, 확인을 위한 조사 및 사후관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
