뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 회의개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 개최해야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회가 정한다.
