뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(장기근속자 등의 선정절차 등)

① 법 제12조에 따라 장기근속자 또는 우수 숙련기술자로 선정되려는 사람은 사업주의 추천을 받아 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 장기근속자 또는 우수 숙련기술자 선정신청서를 작성하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 장기근속자 및 우수 숙련기술자로 선정되려는 사람이 사업주인 경우에는 업종별 또는 지역별 사업주단체의 장의 추천을 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 장기근속자 또는 우수 숙련기술자의 선정을 신청한 사람이 제13조의 선정요건을 갖추었을 때에는 장기근속자 또는 우수 숙련기술자로 선정하고, 산업통상부령으로 정하는 장기근속자 선정서 또는 우수 숙련기술자 선정서를 신청자에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관은 장기근속자 및 우수 숙련기술자 선정을 위한 신청의 내용 및 절차, 선정요건 등 선정에 필요한 사항을 정하여 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
