빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 제52조(빈집정비사업의 지침고시 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 시장ㆍ군수등이 빈집정비사업을 효율적이고 체계적으로 추진할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항에 대하여 지침을 정하여 고시할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 내용의 이행 여부를 점검하기 위하여 시장ㆍ군수등에게 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 요청하거나 보고를 하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수등은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 빈집의 정비 및 활용에 관한 정책의 수립 등을 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장 또는 공공기관의 장에게 빈집정보와 관련한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
