Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Improvement of Vacant Houses and Small-Scale Housing, Article 35 (Calculation of Interest for Days of Delay)
법 제36조제3항에 따른 지연일수에 따른 이자 산정을 위한 이율은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
The interest rate for calculating interest for days of delay under Article 36 (3) of the Act shall be as follows:
1. 지연일수가 6개월 이내인 경우: 100분의 5
1. Where the days of delay are within six months: 5/100;
2. 지연일수가 6개월 초과 12개월 이내인 경우: 100분의 10
2. Where the days of delay exceed six months and are within 12 months: 10/100;
3. 지연일수가 12개월을 초과한 경우: 100분의 15
3. Where the days of delay exceed 12 months: 15/100.
