Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Improvement of Vacant Houses and Small-Scale Housing, Article 15-2 (Provision of Vacant House Information)
법 제15조제5항 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 정보"란 다음 각 호의 정보를 말한다.
"Information prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the latter sentence of Article 15 (5) of the Act means the following information:
1. 법 제5조제1항제2호부터 제4호까지의 사항에 관한 조사 결과
1. Survey results on the matters in Article 5 (1) 2 through 4 of the Act;
2. 제6조제1호에 따른 사항에 관한 조사 결과
2. Survey results on the matter in Article 6, subparagraph 1.
