비영리민간단체 지원법 제7조(지원사업의 선정등)

①행정안전부장관, 시ㆍ도지사나 특례시의 장은 매년 등록비영리민간단체가 참여할 수 있는 공익사업의 지원에 관한 사회적 수요를 파악하여 대통령령이 정하는 기준에 따라 제6조에 따른 지원을 할 수 있는 공익사업의 유형을 결정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2022.4.26>

②행정안전부장관, 시ㆍ도지사나 특례시의 장은 제1항에 따른 사업유형에 해당하는 공익사업 중에서 공익사업선정위원회가 결정하는 바에 따라 개별적인 지원사업 및 지원금액을 정한다. 이 경우 개별적인 지원사업의 선정은 공개경쟁방식을 원칙으로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2022.4.26>

③제2항의 공익사업선정위원회는 국회의장, 해당 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 또는 특별자치도 의회의장이나 특례시의회의장이 추천한 사람 3명과 등록된 비영리민간단체에서 추천한 관계전문가들로 구성한다. <개정 2020.6.9, 2022.4.26>
