비송사건절차법 제51조(항고 비용의 부담)
Non-Contentious Case Procedure Act, Article 51 (Bearing of Costs of Appeals)
항고절차의 비용과 항고인이 부담하게 된 전심(前審)의 비용에 대하여는 신청인과 항고인을 당사자로 보고 「민사소송법」 제98조에 따라 부담할 자를 정한다.
With respect to costs of appeal procedures and costs of the prior instance that the appellant has come to bear, the person to bear them shall be determined under Article 98 of the Civil Procedure Act, regarding the applicant and the appellant as the parties.
