비송사건절차법 제44조의10(신탁관리인의 보수 결정 재판)

① 「신탁법」 제67조제4항에 따른 신탁관리인의 보수를 정하는 재판을 하는 경우 법원은 수탁자(신탁재산관리인이 선임된 경우에는 신탁재산관리인을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 의견을 들어야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 재판은 수탁자에게 고지하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 재판에 대하여는 수탁자가 즉시항고를 할 수 있다.
