비상대비에 관한 법률 제9조(시행계획)

① 시ㆍ도지사와 중앙행정기관 소속 지방행정기관의 장은 제8조제2항에 따라 통보된 집행계획에 따라 그 소관 업무에 관한 시행계획을 작성하여 해당 중앙행정기관의 장의 승인을 받아 확정한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 확정된 시행계획을 시장(「제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법」 제11조제1항에 따른 행정시장을 포함한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 통보하여야 한다. 제9조의3에 따라 시행계획을 변경한 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2022.1.4>
