비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제45조(고유식별정보의 처리)

행정안전부장관, 자원관리주관기관의 장(법 제6조에 따라 자원관리주관기관의 장의 권한을 위임받은 사람을 포함한다), 비상대비업무를 수행하는 행정기관의 장 및 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2022.7.4>
