비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(훈련통지서의 발급 및 교부)

① 시ㆍ도지사등은 법 제17조에 따른 훈련통지서를 인력훈련통지서 또는 물적자원훈련통지서로 구분하여 발부한다.

② 제1항에 따른 인력훈련통지서는 훈련대상자가 거주하는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동(「주민등록법」에 따라 주민등록업무를 담당하는 출장소 또는 동을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 장이 훈련실시일 7일 전까지 교부하여야 한다. 다만, 훈련을 갑자기 실시하는 경우에는 통지서의 교부기간을 줄일 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 물적자원훈련통지서는 훈련실시일 7일 전까지 시ㆍ도지사등이 훈련대상물자의 소유자 또는 업체의 장에게 직접 교부하거나, 훈련대상물자 소유자의 거주지 또는 업체의 소재지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장 또는 소속 행정기관의 장(이하 "시장등"이라 한다)으로 하여금 교부하게 하여야 한다. 다만, 훈련을 갑자기 실시하는 경우에는 통지서의 교부기간을 줄일 수 있다.
