부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제75조(감사청구에 의한 감사)

① 감사원 또는 당해 기관의 장은 감사를 실시하기로 결정한 날부터 60일 이내에 감사를 종결하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 감사원 또는 당해 기관의 장은 감사가 종결된 날부터 10일 이내에 그 결과를 감사청구인에게 통보하여야 한다.
