Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, Article 89-2 (Institutions Related to Corrupt Acts, etc.)

① 법 제82조제2항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 부패행위 관련 기관"이란 비위면직자등의 부패행위와 관련하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관, 법인 또는 단체를 말한다.
