부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제63조(이의신청)

① 위원회는 법 제60조제3항에 따라 감사ㆍ수사 또는 조사결과의 요지를 신고자에게 통지하는 경우에는 이의신청방법 및 이의신청기한을 함께 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2022.7.19>

② 신고자는 법 제60조제4항에 따른 이의를 신청하는 경우에는 감사ㆍ수사 또는 조사결과의 요지를 통지받은 후 7일 이내에 하여야 한다. <개정 2022.7.19>

③ 위원회는 제2항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이의신청에 대한 처리결과를 신고자에게 통지해야 한다. <신설 2019.10.15>

④ 제3항에 따른 이의신청에 대한 처리결과와 법 제60조제6항에 따른 재조사 결과에 대해서는 다시 이의신청을 할 수 없다. <신설 2019.10.15, 2022.7.19>
