부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(공직자 행동강령)

위원회는 국회ㆍ대법원ㆍ헌법재판소ㆍ중앙선거관리위원회 또는 법 제2조제1호라목에 따른 공직유관단체가 법 제8조에 따른 공직자 행동강령(이하 "행동강령"이라 한다)을 제정 또는 개정한 때에는 이를 위원회에 통보할 것을 요청할 수 있다.
