부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제39조(신청서의 보완)

① 권익위원회는 신청서에 보완할 사항이 있는 경우에는 상당한 기간을 정하여 신청인에게 보완할 것을 요청할 수 있다.

③ 권익위원회는 제2항에 따른 보완요청을 받은 신청인이 보완요청 기간 내에 보완을 하지 아니하고 그 보완 없이는 고충민원을 처리할 수 없는 경우에는 결정으로 이를 종결처리 할 수 있다.
