부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법 제6조(이전지원계획의 수립)

① 부산광역시장은 이전기관이 이전하는 지역의 군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)과 이전기관의 의견 및 제7조부터 제11조까지에 따른 이전기관 및 그 소속 직원 등에 대한 지원 내용을 반영하여 이전기관에 대한 이전지원계획을 수립하여야 한다.

② 부산광역시장은 이전기업이 이전하는 지역의 군수 또는 구청장 및 이전기업과 협의하여 이전기업에 대한 이전지원계획을 수립할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 Busan뷰슨 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City시티 may메이 formulate^f포뮬레잇 a어 relocation^r릴로우케이션 support서포트 plan플랜 for^f포 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Gun건 or오 Gu구 of어^v브 the^ð디 area에^r리아 to투 which위치 the^ð더 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 relocates^r릴로우케잇츠 and앤드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 enterprise.엔터프^r라이즈

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 부산광역시장이 이전지원계획을 수립한 경우에는 이전기관 및 이전기업의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. 그 계획을 변경한 경우에도 또한 같다.
