부동산투자회사법 제31조(부동산투자회사의 겸업 제한 등)

① 부동산투자회사는 이 법 또는 다른 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고는 다른 업무를 하여서는 아니 된다.

② 부동산투자회사의 상근 임원은 다른 회사의 상근 임직원이 되거나 다른 사업을 하여서는 아니 된다.

(2) A어 full-time^f풀-타임 officer오^f퍼서 of어^v브 a어 real^r릴 estate이스테잇 investment인^v베스트먼트 company컴퍼니 shall섈 not낫 become비컴 a어 full-time^f풀-타임 officer오^f퍼서 or오 employee엠플로이이 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 company컴퍼니 or오 engage엔게이지 in인 another어너^ð더 business.비즈니스
