Act on the Management and Fostering of the Real Estate Development Business, Article 5 (Scope of real estate development specialists and education, etc.)

① 제4조제2항제2호에 따른 부동산개발 전문인력이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 자를 말한다. <개정 2011.5.19, 2013.5.22, 2018.8.14>

② 제1항에 따른 부동산개발 전문인력이 되려는 자는 부동산개발에 필요한 사전교육(이하 이 조에서 "사전교육"이라 한다)을 받아야 하고, 부동산개발 전문인력으로 계속하여 종사하려는 경우에는 사전교육을 이수한 날부터 3년마다 연수교육(이하 이 조에서 "연수교육"이라 한다)을 받아야 한다. <개정 2021.8.10>

③ 부동산개발 전문인력이 사전교육 또는 연수교육을 이수한 날부터 3년이 지난 후에 다시 부동산개발 전문인력으로 종사하는 경우에는 3개월 이내에 연수교육을 받아야 한다. <신설 2021.8.10>
