부동산개발업의 관리 및 육성에 관한 법률 제13조(부동산개발업 양도의 내용)

제11조제1항제1호에 따라 부동산개발업을 양도하려는 자는 부동산개발업에 관련된 부동산등, 인ㆍ허가, 건설업자와 체결한 건설공사계약, 소비자와 체결한 공급계약 등에 관한 권리ㆍ의무로서 대통령령으로 정하는 권리ㆍ의무를 모두 양도하여야 한다.
