주택매입사업시행자가 부도임대주택의 매입요청을 받아 당해 부도임대주택의 시설물 상태, 보수사항 등에 대하여 조사를 하는 경우에는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장, 임대사업자, 임차인대표회의등 또는 기금수탁자는 부도임대주택의 매입이 원활하게 이루어지도록 협조하여야 한다.
