본인서명사실 확인 등에 관한 법률 제9조(본인 확인을 위한 자료 요청 및 협조)

① 발급기관은 제6조에 따라, 승인권자는 제8조에 따라 신분을 확인하기 위하여 신분증 등의 진위 여부를 확인할 필요가 있으면 그 신분증을 발급한 기관 및 관계 기관에 관련 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.
