Lottery Tickets and Lottery Fund Act, Article 21 (Establishment of the Lottery Fund)

① 복권위원회는 복권사업으로 조성된 재원(財源)을 투명하고 효율적으로 관리ㆍ사용하기 위하여 복권기금을 설치한다.
