복권 및 복권기금법 제20조(공무원 등의 파견)

① 위원장은 사무처의 효율적 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관 및 복권 관련 법인ㆍ단체의 장에게 공무원 또는 법인ㆍ단체의 임직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관 및 복권 관련 법인ㆍ단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 파견된 사람은 그 복무에 관하여 위원장의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받는다.

④ 제1항에 따라 파견된 사람의 파견근무기간은 특별한 사유가 없으면 1년으로 한다. 다만, 위원장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 1년의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
