복권 및 복권기금법 시행령 제16조(복권기금 운용관리규정)

① 법 및 이 영에 규정된 사항 외에 복권기금의 운용ㆍ관리 및 평가 대상ㆍ방법ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 복권위원회의 위원장이 복권기금 운용관리규정으로 정하여 고시한다.

② 복권위원회의 위원장은 제1항에 따라 복권기금 운용관리규정을 정하려는 경우에는 복권위원회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다. 복권기금 운용관리규정을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.
