보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제67조(대부의 승계)

① 대부를 받은 사람이 그 대부금의 상환기간 중에 사망하면 그 대부에 관한 채무는 그 상속인에게 승계된다.

② 제1항에 따라 대부에 관한 채무를 승계한 사람은 국가보훈부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우 대부에 관한 채무를 승계한 사람이 여러 사람이면 그 대부금으로 취득한 부동산을 관리할 대표자 1명을 선정하여 함께 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2023.3.4>
