Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Treatment of Protected Juveniles, etc., Article 67 (Assessment for graduation, etc.)

① 소년원학교의 학년별 과정 이수 및 졸업 여부는 처우ㆍ징계위원회에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하여 결정한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 제1항제2호에 따른 총 수업시간 수 또는 수업일수는 각 소년원학교별 수업시간수를 더하여 산정하되, 그 기간이 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 제50조제2항에 따른 기간을 넘으면 졸업요건을 충족한 것으로 본다.
