보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제17조(가석방ㆍ퇴원 및 임시퇴원의 결과통보)

심사위원회는 가석방 또는 임시퇴원이 허가된 자를 수용하는 수용기관의 장과 그의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장에게 그 명단과 결정서등본을 송부하여야 한다. 다만, 퇴원이 허가된 자 또는 가석방이 허가된 자중 법무부장관이 보호관찰이 필요없다고 인정한 자에 대하여는 수용기관의 장에게만 그 명단과 결정서등본을 송부한다. <개정 2009.3.19>
