보험업법 제78조(등기)

① 상호회사인 외국보험회사(이하 "외국상호회사"라 한다) 국내지점에 관하여는 제41조를 준용한다.

② 외국상호회사 국내지점이 등기를 신청하는 경우에는 그 외국상호회사 국내지점의 대표자는 신청서에 대한민국에서의 주된 영업소와 대표자의 이름 및 주소를 적고 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 a어 domestic더메스틱 branch브^r랜치 of어^v브 a어 foreign^f포^r런 mutual뮤추얼 company컴퍼니 applies어플라이즈 for^f포 registration,^r레지스트^r레이션 its잇츠 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 shall섈 state스테잇 in인 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 the^ð더 principal프^r린서플 place플레이스 of어^v브 business비즈니스 in인 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 and앤드 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð더 representative,^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 and앤드 shall섈 attach어태치 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 documents:다큐먼츠

③ 제2항 각 호의 서류는 해당 외국상호회사 본국의 관할 관청이 증명한 것이어야 한다.
