보험사기방지 특별법 제4조(보험사기행위의 보고 등)

보험회사는 보험계약의 보험계약자, 피보험자, 보험금을 취득할 자, 그 밖에 보험계약 또는 보험금 지급에 관하여 이해관계가 있는 자(이하 "보험계약자등"이라 한다)의 행위가 보험사기행위로 의심할 만한 합당한 근거가 있는 경우에는 금융위원회에 보고할 수 있다.
