보험사기방지 특별법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 보험사기행위의 조사ㆍ방지ㆍ처벌에 관한 사항을 정함으로써 보험계약자, 피보험자, 그 밖의 이해관계인의 권익을 보호하고 보험업의 건전한 육성과 국민의 복리증진에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
