보안관찰법 제13조(피청구자의 자료제출등)

①피청구자는 처분청구서등본을 송달받은 날부터 7일 이내에 법무부장관 또는 위원회에 서면으로 자기에게 이익된 사실을 진술하고 자료를 제출할 수 있다.

②위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 피청구자 및 기타 관계자를 출석시켜 심문ㆍ조사하거나 공무소 기타 공ㆍ사단체에 대하여 조회할 수 있으며, 관계자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
