병역법 제91조(허위증명서 등의 발급)

공무원ㆍ의사 또는 치과의사로서 병역의무를 연기 또는 면제시키거나 이 법에 따른 복무기간을 단축시킬 목적으로 거짓 서류ㆍ증명서 또는 진단서를 발급한 사람은 1년 이상 10년 이하의 징역에 처한다. 이 경우 10년 이하의 자격정지를 함께 과(科)할 수 있다.
