병역법 제27조(사회복무요원의 배정인원 등 결정)

① 지방병무청장은 사회복무요원을 필요로 하는 국가기관ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 공공단체의 장으로부터 다음 해에 필요한 인원의 배정을 요청받으면 복무기관ㆍ복무분야ㆍ복무형태 및 배정인원 등을 결정한다. <개정 2013.6.4>
