병역법 시행령 제68조의14(예술ㆍ체육요원의 의무복무기간 만료)

① 문화체육관광부장관은 예술ㆍ체육요원으로서 의무복무기간이 만료될 사람의 명단과 보충역 복무기록표, 공익복무 실적부 및 병역증을 의무복무기간이 만료되는 달의 전달 10일까지 지방병무청장에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2015.6.30, 2016.11.29, 2021.10.14>

② 지방병무청장은 의무복무기간이 만료되는 달의 1일에 의무복무를 마치는 날을 명시하여 의무복무만료처분을 하고, 그 내용을 기재ㆍ정리한 병역증을 문화체육관광부장관에게 보내어 의무복무 만료일 당일 본인에게 병역증이 교부되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.11.29>

③ 예술ㆍ체육요원이 국외복무 등의 사유로 의무복무기간 내에 군사교육소집을 받지 아니한 경우에는 의무복무만료처분을 보류하고, 군사교육소집을 마친 후에 의무복무만료처분을 하여야 한다. <신설 2016.6.14, 2016.11.29>
