병역법 시행령 제163조의4(병역명문가 심사위원회)

① 법 제82조의3제1항에 따른 병역명문가 선정, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 선정 제외 및 선정 취소와 법 제82조의4에 따른 병역명문가 포상 및 예우에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 병무청에 병역명문가 심사위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

④ 위원회의 위원은 병무행정에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 병무청장이 위촉한다.

(4) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Military밀러테^r리 Manpower맨파워 Administration애드미니스트^r레이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 military밀러테^r리 manpower맨파워 administration.애드미니스트^r레이션

⑤ 위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 committee커미티 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 only온리 once.원스

⑥ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 병무청장이 병무청 소속 공무원 중에서 지명한다.

(7) The^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Military밀러테^r리 Manpower맨파워 Administration애드미니스트^r레이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Military밀러테^r리 Manpower맨파워 Administration.애드미니스트^r레이션

⑧ 위원회는 2029년 4월 30일까지 존속한다.

(8) The^ð더 committee커미티 shall섈 remain^r리메인 in인 existence에그지스튼스 until언틸 April에이프^r럴 30, 2029.

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 병무청장이 정한다.
