병역법 시행규칙 제94조(병역면제처분 등의 취소 통지)
지방병무청장은 법 제64조제1항 단서에 따라 병역처분을 취소한 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 해당 병역의무자에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.7>
