변리사법 제10조(변리사회의 회칙)

Patent Attorney Act, Article 10 (Bylaws of the Association)

① 변리사회는 회칙을 정하고 지식재산처장의 인가를 받아야 한다. 회칙을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 회칙에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다.
