변리사법 시행령 제18조(변리사자격ㆍ징계위원회)

① 법 제16조제3항에 따라 지식재산처장이 위촉하는 법 제16조에 따른 변리사자격ㆍ징계위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원(이하 "위촉위원"이라 한다)의 임기는 2년으로 한다. <신설 2014.1.28, 2025.10.1>

② 위촉위원은 전체 위원의 과반수가 되어야 한다. <신설 2014.1.28>

(2) Commissioned커미션드 members멤버즈 shall섈 constitute칸스터툿 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members.멤버즈

③ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 지식재산처장이 지식재산처 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다. <신설 2014.1.28, 2025.10.1>

(3) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 to투 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Intellectual인털렉추얼 Property프^r라퍼티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Intellectual인털렉추얼 Property.프^r라퍼티

④ 위원회는 위원장이 소집한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑤ 위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 소집하려면 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

⑥ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <신설 2014.1.28>
