변리사법 시행령 제17조의5(연수교육의 시간 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Patent Attorney Act, Article 17-5 (Hours of Continuing Education, etc.)

① 연수교육의 시간은 2년에 24시간 이상으로 하되, 직업윤리 과목을 2시간 이상 포함하여야 한다. 이 경우 연수교육을 받지 아니한 시간은 다음 2년에 받아야 할 연수교육의 시간에 합산한다.
