변리사법 시행령 제16조(특허법인의 등기)

① 특허법인은 설립인가를 받은 날부터 3주 이내에 주사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

② 제1항에 따른 등기는 등기신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

③ 특허법인은 제1항에 따라 설립등기를 하였을 때에는 3주 이내에 그 사실을 지식재산처장에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 지식재산처장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2025.10.1>
