Enforcement Decree of the Venture Investment Promotion Act, Article 44-2 (Investment-Conditioned Loan Contracts)

① 법 제70조의2제1항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 별표 1의 기금을 관리하는 자를 말한다.
