벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 제25조의4(벤처기업확인위원회)

Special Act on the Promotion of Venture Businesses, Article 25-4 (Venture Business Verification Committee)

① 벤처기업확인기관은 다음 각 호의 사항을 공정하고 객관적으로 심의하기 위하여 민간 전문가 등으로 구성된 벤처기업확인위원회를 둔다.

(1) A어 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 agency에이전시 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 committee,커미티 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 private프^r라이^v벗 experts,엑스펏츠 etc.,엣세터^r러 to투 fairly^f페어리 and앤드 objectively아브젝티^v블리 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 제25조에 따른 벤처기업 해당 여부 확인

1. Verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 whether웨^ð더 an앤 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 is이즈 a어 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 under언더 Article아터클 25;

2. 제25조의2에 따른 벤처기업 확인 취소

2. Revocation^r레^v버케이션 of어^v브 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 25-2;

3. 그 밖에 벤처기업 확인 및 확인 취소에 필요한 사항

② 벤처기업확인위원회는 위원장을 포함한 200명 이내의 위원으로 구성하며, 위원 10명 이내의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 수 이상의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원의 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2024.1.9>

(2) The^ð더 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 200 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 a어 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 a어 number넘버 of어^v브 members멤버즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree디크^r리 within위^ð딘 a어 range^r레인지 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 10 members,멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 위원장은 벤처기업확인위원회를 대표하고 벤처기업확인위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 committee커미티 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 벤처기업확인위원회의 위원은 벤처기업 관련 기술ㆍ사업 등의 분야에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 벤처기업확인기관의 장이 위촉한다.

(4) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 agency에이전시 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 fields^f필즈 such서치 as애즈 technology텍날러지 and앤드 business비즈니스 related^r릴레이티드 to투 venture^v벤처 businesses.비즈너시즈

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 벤처기업확인위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 중소벤처기업부령으로 정한다.
