벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 제25조의5(벤처기업 확인 결과 통지에 대한 이의신청 특례)

① 제25조에 따른 확인 결과를 통지받은 자가 그 결과에 불복하는 경우에는 통지받은 날부터 30일 이내에 벤처기업확인기관의 장에게 문서로 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 벤처기업확인기관의 장은 이의신청을 받은 날부터 30일(다만, 신청인이 제2조의2제1항제2호가목에 해당하는 기업인 경우에는 20일을 말한다) 이내에 이의신청에 대한 심의 결과를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 정해진 기간 이내에 통지하기 어려운 경우에는 그 기간을 만료일 다음 날부터 기산하여 15일 이내의 범위에서 한 차례 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2023.10.31>
