법원조직법 제76조의6(사법정책연구원운영위원회)

① 사법정책연구원의 운영과 연구에 관한 중요사항을 심의하기 위하여 사법정책연구원에 운영위원회를 둔다.

② 운영위원회는 대법원장이 위촉하는 9명의 위원으로 구성하되, 그 임기는 2년으로 하며 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 위원 중 과반수는 법관이 아닌 사람으로 한다.

③ 운영위원회의 조직과 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
