법원조직법 제74조의4(교수요원의 파견)

① 법원행정처장은 사법연수원장이 요청하는 경우에는 다른 국가기관, 공공단체, 교육기관, 연구기관, 그 밖에 필요한 기관에 교수요원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 사법연수원에 파견된 교수요원에게는 대법원규칙으로 정하는 수당을 지급할 수 있다.
