법률구조법 제35조(감독 등)

① 법무부장관은 법률구조법인을 지도ㆍ감독하며 필요하다고 인정하면 법률구조법인에 그 사업에 관한 지시나 명령을 할 수 있다. 다만, 법률구조사업의 구체적 사건에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 법무부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 법률구조법인으로 하여금 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관하여 보고하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 법률구조법인의 장부ㆍ서류, 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
